How do I know my order was placed?

You’ll land on a confirmation page immediately — like when you open TikTok "just for a sec" and suddenly it’s 3 AM.
We’ll also send you an email.
If it’s not in your inbox, check spam… where all good things go to be ignored.


Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?

Yep.
Send it to your dorm, your apartment, your friend’s house, or wherever the party actually happens.
We don’t need the backstory.


Can I cancel my order?

You can try — but we ship orders faster than your ex moved on.
Once your info is verified, our warehouse team is basically hitting a speedrun.
If it’s already rolling, cancellation might take a bit.


When will I receive my order?

We take 1 business day to process, then it’s all about the shipping option you choose.
Delivery times are estimates — kinda like when your friend says “I’ll be ready in 5.”


Will I be notified when my order ships?

Totally.
You’ll get an email with a tracking number so you can refresh it like it’s Canvas and you’re waiting for a grade to drop.


Can I wash my Beer Bong with a valve?

Yes. PLEASE do.

  1. Take it apart.

  2. Soap + water.

  3. Let it dry so it doesn’t smell like last weekend.
    Hand-wash only — your dishwasher already has trust issues.


Can I wash the Double or Quad Beer Bong?

Yup!

  1. Remove the funnel.

  2. Take off the valves (except the Y-valves — they’re stuck like you to your situationship).

  3. Soap + water rinse.
    Hand-wash it. Dishwashers weren’t built for this lifestyle.
