How do I know my order was placed?

You will be redirected to an order confirmation page, and a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you used at checkout.

Tip: Check your junk or spam folder if you don't see the email in your inbox.


Can I ship to a different address other than my billing address?

Yes, you can enter a different shipping address during checkout.


Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but our priority is to ensure your items ship quickly. Once an order is placed and billing/shipping information has been verified, it is immediately processed in our warehouse.

Note: This means cancellations may take some time to complete if the order is already in progress.


When will I receive my order?

Orders typically take 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) to process before shipping.
Delivery time depends on the shipping method you select. Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Will I be notified when my order ships?

Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the delivery status of your package.


Can I wash my Beer Bong with valve?

Yes! Simply:

  1. Detach all three pieces.

  2. Rinse with soap and water.

Tip: Hand-washing is recommended over using a dishwasher.


Can I wash the Double or Quad Beer Bong?

Yes! Follow these steps:

  1. Detach the funnel from the tube.

  2. Detach the on/off valves from the tubes (Y-valves do not detach).

  3. Rinse all pieces with soap and water.

Tip: Hand-washing is recommended over using a dishwasher.
