At Drink Easy, we are committed to fast, reliable, and cost-effective delivery for all your drinking novelty needs. Please read the following shipping policies carefully.

⚠ Note: All shipping times are estimated in business days and may vary depending on the courier.

1. Order Processing Times

  • Orders placed by 2:00 PM (MT) on business days usually ship the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM are shipped the next business day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday begin processing on Monday.

  • Overnight shipments must be placed by 2:00 PM (MT) to arrive the next business day (contiguous U.S. only).

This does NOT apply to:

  • Wholesale orders

  • International orders

  • Customized or print-to-order products

  • Drop-ship vendor items

  • Special orders

2. Shipping Costs & Dimensional Fees

  • We work hard to keep shipping rates low.

  • Oversized packages (low weight but large dimensions) may require additional shipping fees.

  • UPS changes or address corrections due to incorrect shipping details are subject to a $10 minimum fee.

  • Order cancellations after shipping will also incur a $10 minimum fee.

3. Credit Card Order Verification

For your protection, all orders are subject to credit card verification.

  • If flagged as suspicious, you will receive an email.

  • Please respond promptly and follow the instructions to avoid delays.

We offer several shipping speed options. Processing times apply before shipping transit begins:

📌 Note: Ground shipping is not available for Mexico, Western Hemisphere, Europe, Asia, Africa, or the Pacific Rim.

5. Shipping Carriers

We use multiple carriers to provide the fastest service at the best price. Expedited or Express shipping does not always mean UPS—it may be fulfilled by USPS, FedEx, or other carriers for optimal delivery speed.

6. Countries We Do Not Ship To

We currently do not ship to the following countries:

  • Ghana

  • Nigeria

  • Bolivia

  • Venezuela

  • Iran

  • North Korea

  • Crimea and Sevastopol (due to government restrictions)

7. Important Shipping Notes

  • Delivery dates are estimates provided by the courier and are not guaranteed.

  • The day an order is shipped does not count as a transit day.

  • International expedited shipping rates are among the best in the industry.
