Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to Drink Easy’s Return & Refund Policy. Please review the information below to ensure a smooth return or exchange process.


1. Return Eligibility

  • Products must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags.

  • Any merchandise that has been “partied with” or shows signs of wear, damage, or use (smells, dirt, pet hair, etc.) cannot be returned.


2. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 24 hours), your refund will be processed.

  • Refunds will be applied to your original payment method. Credit card refunds may take 2–10 business days to post.

  • For wire transfer payments, refunds are issued as store credit.


3. Return Shipping Options

  • Prepaid Label (U.S. only): A prepaid UPS label is available for a $9.99 fee (deducted from your refund).

  • Own Carrier Option: You may ship via any carrier of your choice. We recommend using a tracked and insured method.

  • Important: COD shipments will be rejected. Refused, undelivered, or abandoned packages are subject to a $10 service fee.


4. Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, first process your return, then place a new order for the desired item.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.


5. Used or Damaged Merchandise

  • Items showing any signs of use are not eligible for return.

  • Consider selling used items through platforms like Craigslist or eBay.


6. International Returns

  • Mark all returns as "Merchandise Return" to avoid brokerage fees.

  • Customers are responsible for all brokerage/customs fees.

  • COD shipments or shipments with unpaid fees will be rejected.


7. Order Cancellation & Modifications

  • Orders can be modified or cancelled only while in "Order Received" status.

  • Once an order is labeled "Order Processed", it can no longer be cancelled or modified.


8. Damaged Goods

  • Report damaged goods immediately.

  • Keep all original packaging and take photos if possible.

  • Claims are handled through the carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS) with our assistance.
